Each ring with a birthstone is only made for you personally after the order has been received, so a production time of approx. 4 - 6 weeks can be expected. Custom-made products are excluded from the right of exchange and return.

After receiving the order, you have 14 days to return the jewelry. Jewelery from the sale category, the X-MAS box and personalized jewelery are excluded from return . Personalized jewelery includes 14k solid gold, engraved jewellery, name necklaces, bracelets and anklets as well as birthstone rings as they are custom made just for you.
Please make sure that you send the unique items back to us in their original condition and well packaged and that you fill out the return form in advance.

In addition to the qualitative 3 micron surface refinement, high-quality freshwater pearls, real gemstones and zirconia stones are used, all of which are inserted into the piece of jewelery by hand. All jewelry is nickel free and allergy friendly.
